Welcome to StormingLights. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Tapebook Ltd., doing business as StormingLights ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

By accessing and using StormingLights' websites and applications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using our Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Description of Services

StormingLights develops and operates various mobile and web applications across different categories, including but not limited to:

• Video Platforms: Applications for video creation, publishing, and sharing
• Faith & Spirituality: Applications designed to support spiritual growth and religious practice
• Social Entertainment: Applications that enable social connections around entertainment content
• Utility Applications: Tools and utilities designed to improve daily life

Each application may have additional terms specific to its functionality, which will be provided within the application.

3. User Accounts

Some of our Services may require you to create an account. When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including all information, software, text, displays, images, video, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by StormingLights, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

Some of our Services allow you to post, submit, or transmit content. By providing content to our Services, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your content in connection with the Services.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the content you provide and that the content does not violate these Terms or the rights of any third party.

7. Subscriptions and Payments

Some of our Services may offer subscription-based features or in-app purchases. By purchasing a subscription or making an in-app purchase, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscriptions may automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Payments are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other authorized payment processors. Refund policies are subject to the respective platform's terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TAPEBOOK LTD. (D/B/A STORMINGLIGHTS) SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tapebook Ltd. (d/b/a StormingLights) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province of Ontario, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.
